Hamok is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist or use the app. If you are under 18, please do not sign up.

What Hamok is

Hamok is a training app for the pelvic floor, made by Qvver Technology. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, measure or treat any condition, and it does not replace a doctor or a physiotherapist.

If you have pain, blood in urine or semen, difficulty urinating, recent pelvic surgery or a sudden change in symptoms, see a doctor before any training.

No promises

We describe what the training does and how it works. We do not promise any result. Bodies differ, and so does how consistently people train.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side. You can leave at any time. Early-access offers, if any, are described in the e-mail that makes them and may be limited in number and time.

Using this website

Do not attack, scrape or overload the site, or submit other people's e-mail addresses. All content on hamok.app belongs to Qvver Technology; you may link to it freely.

Law and disputes

Polish law applies. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in. Contact us first; most things are solved by e-mail.
